Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy

Effective Immediately
By completing your purchase, you (the “Client”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions governing all products, programs, digital assets, workshops, masterclasses, and services offered by REAL Success Network (the “Company”).

Acceptance of Terms

By clicking the purchase button and completing payment, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. A purchase creates a legally binding agreement. The Client is responsible for reviewing all product details before purchase.

Nature of the Product
REAL Success Network provides digital products, online masterclasses, virtual challenges, workshops, educational materials, and other digitally delivered services. All products are delivered electronically via email and secure access links. The Client is responsible for selecting the correct product.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are only considered in the limited situations outlined below.

Refunds may be issued for:

Duplicate purchases of the same product made in error, provided a written request is submitted within 14 days of the duplicate purchase.

Irreparable technical defects that prevent the Client from accessing or using the product, where the Company cannot reasonably resolve the issue. Written notice must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Deposits for programs or services if the Client is declined participation. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Changes in personal preference, financial circumstances, or availability.

Compatibility issues with the Client’s device or software.

Misunderstanding of product features, scope, or delivery format.

Scheduling conflicts or inability to attend live or scheduled components. The Company may offer a credit at its discretion.

Rescheduled program dates or events where the Client cannot attend. Credits may be offered at the Company’s discretion.

Technical Issues
If the Client experiences access issues, missing materials, or delivery problems, they must contact [email protected]

The Company will make reasonable efforts to restore or replace access. Refunds will only be considered if the Company cannot correct the issue.

Digital Access and Delivery
The Client is responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout, receiving Company communications, checking spam or promotions folders, and retaining login credentials. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information or user error.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve matters promptly and fairly.

No Guarantees of Result

The Company provides educational and informational content only. The Company makes no guarantees of financial results, business performance, or personal outcomes. Success depends on the Client’s own actions and circumstances.

Binding Agreement
By completing your purchase, the Client acknowledges they have entered into a legally binding agreement with REAL Success Network and agree to all Terms stated above.
